One of the branch offices of China Unicom was established in Shangluo city in China.We also call"Shangluo Unicom"for short.
Solutions
Long-distance conference station system of Unicom company can supports 10 different conference rooms at the same time.It is mainly used for daily regular meeting ;staff training;plans studying and so on.
VOIP long-distance conference station system,i.e. Voice over IP,transferring voice and fax to data,then share the same IP network (internet)together.Our VOIP(web phone)communications system which can connect to the telephone line directly,the equipment system which is used to make the international long distance telephone by internet,crystal clear,it is widely used by our oversees customers.In view of low expenses,we decided to establish conference station system.The arrangement of the main conference room and conference terminal are as the followed
1.Choose EACOME V series products.One set each,totally up to 9 sets.
2.Choose EACOME V-Plus products in the main conference room,1 set.
VOIP system
Based on VOIP communications network,it is completely free of charges,can take advantage of the existing conference station bridge.Conference alternation parties is based on conference bridge,one in main conference room(10 parties)conference bridge.
Solutions of the conference room
1.Choose the audio conference station in the conference rooms,one set each.
2.Choose the conference station with expandable microphones in the local conference room.
On the basis of VOIP communications network,the charge is completely free.
A;Based on the existing VOIP communications network,is free of charge.
B.After finishing the arrangement of the conference station system,now they can hold the phone conference at any time;Shenzhen city.
